At Capecare, we have the privilege of meeting so many interesting and inspirational people who come through our doors – some who make their home with us for many years, and others who stay for only a short while.
Cyril Mason recently spent time at Capecare Busselton through our Time to Think program, and at 100 years of age, he has quite a story to tell. From serving in the Royal Australian Air Force during the Second World War to building successful businesses, engraving the Perth Cup and playing 168 league games for the Bunbury Football Club, Cyril’s life has been one of enterprise, achievement and community connection. Just as memorable is the positivity, warmth and sense of humour he still brings to every conversation.
