Capecare is trusted by our clients to help maintain their independence at home, providing a variety of services tailored to their needs. Our mission is to support seniors to age in place with dignity.

We put people first and we’ve been part of your community for 65 years. Our home care services are provided in Capel, Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Vasse, Broadwater and Cowaramup.

In-home care, in-home and day respite, a community social centre, allied health services and nursing care can be combined or stand alone, and supported by Support at Home or Commonwealth Home Support Program funding packages. We also provide self-funded tailored care.

We help older community members live safely in their own homes by matching them with compassionate, trusted support workers who fit their needs and personalities.

Depending on your preferences and eligibility Capecare offers a range of options for support at home in Busselton, Vasse, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Capel, Cowaramup and the South West

  • Commonwealth Home Support Program – CHSP

    Commonwealth Home Support Program services provide entry level support services to assist those that meet the eligibility requirements to remain independent in their own homes.

    Capecare offers a range of individual CHSP services, visit our CHSP page for more information.

    Please note: The Commonwealth Home Support Program will transition to the new Australian Government Support at Home program no earlier than 1 July 2027.  Find out more

  • Support at Home Packages

    Support at Home replaced the Home Care Package program in November 2025.  To access a package, you must first be assessed by My Aged Care. A support plan will then be created during your assessment which will provide the basis for funding and available services.

    Following your assessment, we will partner with you to tailor your service to meet your needs and preferences. See our Support at Home page for all the information you need.

  • Private/Fee For Service

    Capecare can also offer a range of home services and supports under a private fee arrangement.

  • Social Centre

    Our Social Centre is located within our Busselton Campus. We offer a flexible program of events and activities, nutritious meals, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

    You will have the opportunity to enjoy relationships with others and connect with your local community. Our skilled and experienced staff are here to help you enjoy activities at the centre and go on social outings. We will work with you to understand your goals and interests so we can incorporate them into our planned activities and events.

    If you are caring for someone, our social centre can support you both to enjoy meaningful time, activity and engagement with others.
