REGISTERED NURSE 

Hourly rate starting from $40 – $51.90 (depending on experience) plus penalties and salary packaging!

Capecare is recognised as a leading provider of aged care and accommodation services for seniors across the Southwest region of Western Australia.  Located in Busselton on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay and a second location in the heart of Dunsborough, Capecare takes great pride in meeting the changing needs of today’s ageing community by delivering an outstanding model of care for clients and families choosing their services.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.

We have vacancies across weekday, weekend, afternoon and night shifts to suit any lifestyle and can offer full time, part time or casual hours. We also have sponsorship opportunities available.

To be successful you will need:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach

Key responsibilities:

• Day to day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton
• Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services
• Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Budgeting and financial management and staff management
• Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
