Capecare’s community services are provided through a range of government subsidised community services programs. The application process for each program is as follows:
Home and Community Care (Including Day Respite)
You will need a referral from the Regional Assessment Services (RAS) Team for the Community Program to be deemed eligible to receive the services. To be considered eligible to be a client you should still be living in the community and have an ongoing functional disability. Clients are able to contact Capecare Home Care Services directly.
Home Care Packages Level 1 & 2
To receive a Level one or two Home Care Package, you must be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) as requiring at least low level care. If a Package is available, and you would prefer to be cared for in your home, then you may be offered a package.

Home Care Packages level 3 & 4)
