Assessing Your Need

Each client receives an individual and comprehensive assessment prior to commencing services to ensure the most appropriate service is provided. There are charges associated with each of the service types and the amount charged depends upon the person’s ability to pay, with no one denied services if they are not able to afford the payment.

This is discussed in detail at the time of assessment.

Assistance provided by these programs can include:
• Personal Care: Assist with hygiene needs, medication prompts
• Home Help: Cleaning, laundry, shopping
• Meal Preparation
• Transport: Appointments, social outings, shopping
• Day Respite: At Capecare’s Strelley Grange Day Centre for the main carer or client
• Home & Garden Maintenance

Our highly professional Care Coordinators and Carers are fully trained and qualified to meet the care needs of the aged in their own homes to ensure that the very best possible standards of service are delivered at all times.

Capecare Community Services place great emphasis on preserving the privacy and dignity of all care recipients and all care arrangements are kept in the strictest confidence.
