Community Services
Capecare Community Services provides help and support to people, their carers and immediate family in their own home.
This includes assistance to complete everyday tasks such as Personal Care, Cleaning and shopping. This assistance enables them to remain in their own home and can delay or prevent the need to move to a Nursing Home (high care) or Hostel (low care)

- Home and Community Care
- Community Aged Care Packages
- Extended Aged Care at Home (including clients with dementia)
- Veterans Home Care
